Roof leaks are a common pain point in Puerto Rico. To position Gaco as the definitive solution, we moved away from technical specs and focused on the emotional toll of a leaky roof. Through the message “Que tu techo no te afecte”(Don’t let your roof affect you), we used social content to show the “other side” of a leak—how it disrupts your life, not just your ceiling.
